由于以上特點,真空(kong)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)己具備可(ke)控氣氛(fen)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)較(jiao)多的(de)優點,并因質量好(hao)、變形小、節(jie)約能源和安全(quan)等特色,最(zui)近以來國際上可(ke)控氣氛(fen)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)向(xiang)真空(kong)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)轉移的(de)傾向(xiang)在增(zeng)加。對于眾多特殊材料,要求(qiu)篼溫處(chu)(chu)理(li)(>1000C)、低溫處(chu)(chu)理(li)(30075(TC)以及(ji)活(huo)性金屬(如欽)、或(huo)含活(huo)性元素(su)(Ti、Nb)較(jiao)高的(de)材質,真空(kong)熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)更(geng)是必不(bu)可(ke)少(shao)的(de)最(zui)佳選(xuan)擇。
2不(bu)銹鋼、耐熱鋼的熱處(chu)理(li)2.1奧氏(shi)體非強(qiang)化(hua)不(bu)銹鋼、耐熱鋼等。
熱(re)處(chu)理目的(de)(de):為得到高的(de)(de)抗腐蝕性(xing)能、高的(de)(de)塑性(xing)及消除冷(leng)作硬(ying)化、恢復塑性(xing)應進行泮火(或(huo)固(gu)溶)處(chu)理。
工(gong)藝:105(TC11501水、油、氣冷(leng)(視工(gong)件大小、有效(xiao)尺寸、形(xing)狀)。
應(ying)用:0Crl8Ni9碾壓件消(xiao)除冷作硬(ying)化的真(zhen)空退火:104CTC、lfTPa、油冷。
處(chu)理結果:表面光亮,塑性恢(hui)復,可繼續加工。
2.2馬(ma)氏體(ti)可(ke)強化不(bu)銹鋼(gang)、耐熱(re)鋼(gang)lCrl3、2Crl3、3Crl3、4Crl3、9Crl8等。此類鋼(gang)可(ke)視不(bu)同用途和技(ji)術要(yao)求(qiu)進行以下不(bu)同的熱(re)處理。

25mm,或螺紋件、帶螺紋孔、盲孔件等熱處理時,建議用真空爐進行。對真(zhen)空爐的(de)(de)要求(qiu):爐內壓力為(wei)9Pa時(shi)(shi),壓升(sheng)率(lv)應不大于每小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)0.35Pa. 2.3應用2.3.1沉淀硬化(hua)(hua)不銹鋼的(de)(de)真(zhen)空時(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)0Crl7Ni4Cu4Nb沉淀硬化(hua)(hua)不銹鋼(PH17-4)具有(you)優良的(de)(de)抗腐(fu)蝕性(xing)和機械性(xing)能(neng)。廣(guang)泛用于航天(tian)產品(pin),如伺服閥殼體(ti),動作筒等(deng)。由(you)于含有(you)Nb和Cu,在空氣爐中(zhong)時(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)表面易氧化(hua)(hua)變蘭。為(wei)保證零件的(de)(de)光潔度(du)和無氧化(hua)(hua),采用真(zhen)空時(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao),收(shou)到很好的(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)果,零件表面保持(chi)切削后的(de)(de)金(jin)屬光澤,時(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)工藝為(wei):480到5801:,真(zhen)空2.3.2高速、耐蝕軸承(9Crl8)為(wei)獲取耐蝕、耐磨(mo)、高精(jing)度(du)、變形小(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)軸承零件可進行真(zhen)空油(you)淬(cui)+低溫(wen)回火處理m.10101070C油(you)冷,3高溫(wen)合金(jin)的(de)(de)熱處理高溫(wen)合金(jin)根(gen)據所含元素不同,分Ni基(ji)、Fe基(ji)、Co基(ji),根(gen)據強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)特征,分固溶強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)型和時(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)型。現舉Ni基(ji)時(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)型合金(jin)為(wei)例予以說明。
3.1型號和成分固溶(rong)冷卻時(shi)效冷卻氣(qi)冷3.3對真(zhen)空(kong)爐的(de)要(yao)求3.4應用(yong):發動機端面密(mi)封用(yong)的(de)金屬膜盒。材(cai)料為高溫合金GH169,厚度S=. 2nm.零件在焊接后進(jin)行(xing)固溶(rong)處理(li)及第(di)一次(ci)時(shi)效強(qiang)化處理(li),然后做(zuo)過載試(shi)驗:加(jia)(jia)壓0.2MPa,保持5分鐘,零件不(bu)得變形和皺折。然后進(jin)行(xing)第(di)二次(ci)強(qiang)化處理(li),并做(zuo)反(fan)復壓縮10次(ci)以(yi)上和加(jia)(jia)熱試(shi)驗。
土10X:保溫(wen)(wen)0.5h進行(xing)(xing)空(kong)冷;經(jing)二次強(qiang)化時(shi)效(xiao)(xiao),室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)強(qiang)度(du)6226MPa(6b 125kgf/mra2h在(zai)普(pu)通電爐(lu)中加(jia)熱并(bing)空(kong)冷必(bi)然嚴(yan)重氧化。因(yin)此,我(wo)們試(shi)用真(zhen)空(kong)熱處理(li)(li)進行(xing)(xing)固溶處理(li)(li),將空(kong)冷改為爐(lu)冷至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen),其工藝(yi)如下:0.5h爐(lu)冷至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen);第一次時(shi)效(xiao)(xiao):72(TC,4h,爐(lu)冷至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen):第二次時(shi)效(xiao)(xiao):620 C,16h,爐(lu)冷至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen);零(ling)件(jian)隨(sui)爐(lu)升溫(wen)(wen),真(zhen)空(kong)度(du)不低于1.33Xl(T3Pa.經(jing)上述工藝(yi)處理(li)(li)后,零(ling)件(jian)呈銀(yin)白色,無變形,試(shi)后的(de)(de)強(qiang)度(du)和(he)塑(su)性試(shi)驗均達到(dao)材料標(biao)準。零(ling)件(jian)的(de)(de)過程試(shi)驗和(he)反復壓縮,加(jia)壓試(shi)驗均合格,從而實現了高溫(wen)(wen)合金GH169膜盒的(de)(de)真(zhen)空(kong)熱處理(li)(li)。
13乇)真空淬火爐(lu)中這些(xie)易(yi)氧(yang)化元素很快氧(yang)化;淬火油也會(hui)使零件(jian)有不(bu)同程度的著色(se),因此(ci)GH169在(zai)這類爐(lu)中固溶處理表面(mian)顏色(se)不(bu)好。
4鈦合金的(de)熱(re)處理4.1成分牌號TC4去應(ying)力(li)退火(huo)50065r26h氣(qi)冷(leng)普通退火(huo)70080r12h氣(qi)冷(leng)固溶90000.5lh氣(qi)冷(leng)時效(xiao)500X:26h氣(qi)冷(leng)2推薦工藝真空(kong)度壓升(sheng)率保溫、出(chu)爐前4.3對設備要求防止(zhi)氧(yang)、氮、氫污染4.4應(ying)用(yong)Ti合金時效(xiao),用(yong)TC4制造的(de)球形(xing)蓄壓器(qi),壁(bi)后3nun,要求破壞壓力(li)不小于(yu)66MPa,因零件呈球形(xing)并有(you)孔,如果氧(yang)化(hua),清理比較(jiao)困難。采用(yong)真空(kong)熱(re)處理后,不但表面(mian)(mian)非常光亮,也凈化(hua)了材料(liao),充分發揮材料(liao)的(de)特性。工藝為55(TC、4h、真空(kong)度不低于(yu)1.33Xl2Pa. l(r2Pa,退火(huo)后,表面(mian)(mian)光亮,塑性篼于(yu)普通退火(huo)爐。
影響(xiang)顏色的原因金屬(shu)鈦活性(xing)很強(qiang),極易氧化(hua)著色。首先設(she)備因素(su)(su)很重(zhong)要(yao),需要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)的是極限真(zhen)空(kong)度(du)(du)(du)不大于8Xl4Pa,壓升(sheng)率不大于5X10lPa/h,真(zhen)空(kong)爐(lu)經過充分烘爐(lu),爐(lu)內沒(mei)有其它污染(ran)源,這樣就(jiu)可(ke)以了。如(ru)果效果仍不滿意(yi)(yi),可(ke)從以下八找原因:①前清洗、②帶手套工(gong)件入(ru)爐(lu)、③升(sheng)溫(wen)前真(zhen)空(kong)度(du)(du)(du)盡量提高、④工(gong)作(zuo)真(zhen)空(kong)度(du)(du)(du)不能太(tai)高,元素(su)(su)揮發、⑤控制(zhi)升(sheng)溫(wen)速度(du)(du)(du),和(he)真(zhen)空(kong)度(du)(du)(du)的變化(hua),盡量匹配(pei)、⑥注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)冷卻氣(qi)體成分(Ar、N2),雜質氣(qi)和(he)水份應盡量少、⑦出爐(lu)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)<8(TC、⑧擴散泵(beng)如(ru)剛更換的新油(you)對獲取最佳光(guang)亮表面(mian)也不利。
5彈性(xing)合金的(de)(de)真空熱處理按化學成(cheng)分可(ke)分為(wei)Fe、Ni、Co、Ti、Nb基等類。現以鐵(tie)基合金為(wei)例予以說明(ming),該類合金是彌(mi)散硬(ying)化奧氏體合金,固溶后的(de)(de)淬火狀態具有很(hen)好的(de)(de)塑性(xing),可(ke)進行元件的(de)(de)成(cheng)型,時(shi)效后得到(dao)強化,具有很(hen)高的(de)(de)機(ji)械和彈性(xing)性(xing)能,無磁、耐蝕。工作溫度31可(ke)達25(TC,32可(ke)達35(TC,353可(ke)達400C,這些都是精(jing)密儀表(biao)、航(hang)空、航(hang)天領域廣泛(fan)使(shi)用的(de)(de)高彈材料(liao)。
5.1鐵基高(gao)彈(dan)(dan)性合(he)金成分工(gong)藝(yi)厚度(du)(mm)冷卻介質真空(kong)度(du)水、油(you)、氣水、油(you)水5.2推(tui)薦(jian)工(gong)藝(yi)(1)固溶裝爐(lu)量不能過密、保證加熱、冷卻的(de)均勻性、真空(kong)度(du)1.33X 3舉例電液伺服閥中很(hen)多零件(jian)是用31制造的(de),如(ru)反饋桿、彈(dan)(dan)簧桿、噴咀(ju)、檔板等(deng)。這(zhe)些零件(jian)尺(chi)寸精度(du)都比(bi)較高(gao),公差有時在0.003mm以下。有的(de)零件(jian)直徑僅0.8mra,小孔盲(mang)孔在以下的(de)很(hen)多,形狀復雜(za)。零件(jian)在毛壞料固溶淬(cui)火后進行(xing)精加工(gong),因為非配合(he)尺(chi)寸,不再加工(gong),所以要求熱處理后不能氧化。
31中含(han)有Ti、A1,熱(re)處(chu)理后非常(chang)容易變(bian)成蘭(lan)黑色(se),達不(bu)到技術要求。用真(zhen)空(kong)爐處(chu)理后可保持光亮金(jin)屬光澤、6電工(gong)硅鋼的(de)(de)真(zhen)空(kong)退(tui)火處(chu)理6.1退(tui)火目(mu)的(de)(de)退(tui)火目(mu)的(de)(de)是消除軋制、沖(chong)壓、剪切、去(qu)毛刺等冷(leng)加(jia)工(gong)產生的(de)(de)殘(can)余應力及加(jia)工(gong)硬化。改善(shan)組(zu)織(zhi)使碳(tan)由晶(jing)(jing)界溶如晶(jing)(jing)內(nei)、晶(jing)(jing)粒粗(cu)化。對冷(leng)乳硅鋼片可通(tong)過退(tui)火再結晶(jing)(jing)形成織(zhi)構恢(hui)復和提高磁性(xing)能。退(tui)火還能凈化材質,減(jian)少鋼中有害雜質及氣體如碳(tan)、硫(liu)、氧、氮、氫(qing)等進一步提高材料的(de)(de)磁性(xing)能。
真空退(tui)火(huo)較普通退(tui)火(huo)能更進一(yi)步提高(gao)磁(ci)性能。在氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)退(tui)火(huo)后(hou)也可補(bu)加一(yi)次(ci)750C2小(xiao)時、l(T2Pa的真空退(tui)火(huo),由于去除了(le)因氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)退(tui)火(huo)而滲入(ru)的氫(qing)(qing)以及進一(yi)步脫氣(qi),磁(ci)性能得以改善。

3應用舉例7.3.1DT4A電(dian)工純鐵(tie)某廠(chang)AX型繼(ji)電(dian)器用的(de)鐵(tie)芯、銜鐵(tie)、輒鐵(tie)(簡稱三(san)鐵(tie))采用DT4A制(zhi)造(zao),原使(shi)用自制(zhi)簡易真空爐(5X 103Pa)退火,真空度(du)(du)低,升降溫速度(du)(du)不能自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)。處理(li)的(de)產品(pin)光亮度(du)(du)差、矯(jiao)頑(wan)力較(jiao)高,強(qiang)度(du)(du)和韌性(xing)也較(jiao)差。使(shi)得繼(ji)電(dian)器的(de)電(dian)性(xing)能很(hen)難調節,在繼(ji)電(dian)器組裝中(zhong)有時輕(qing)輕(qing)敲(qiao)擊就會有一部分“三(san)鐵(tie)”斷裂。

電真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空器件、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空管中(zhong)(zhong)陽極(ji)8.1.2真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空熱(re)處理含(han)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)在還(huan)(huan)愿性氣(qi)份(fen)(fen)中(zhong)(zhong)(ft、CO、CH退(tui)火時,發現(xian)自動(dong)變(bian)脆和(he)開裂(lie)的(de)(de)現(xian)象稱(cheng)“病(bing)”。這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象的(de)(de)產生(sheng)是由於退(tui)火時,氫及其(qi)他氣(qi)體入銅(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)部,和(he)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)所含(han)氧(yang)(yang)作用形成高壓水蒸(zheng)氣(qi)或(huo)C2如:這(zhe)些氣(qi)體不溶於銅(tong)(tong)(tong),也沒(mei)有擴散能力,在銅(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)形成很大的(de)(de)壓強使銅(tong)(tong)(tong)產生(sheng)裂(lie)紋(wen),在隨后的(de)(de)壓力加(jia)工或(huo)服役過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)破裂(lie)。這(zhe)種(zhong)脆性不會瞬時產生(sheng),有一定的(de)(de)潛伏期。無氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)、和(he)脫(tuo)氧(yang)(yang)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)在氧(yang)(yang)化氣(qi)份(fen)(fen)中(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)熱(re)后,再在還(huan)(huan)原氣(qi)份(fen)(fen)中(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)熱(re),也會產生(sheng)氫病(bing)。所以工業純銅(tong)(tong)(tong)制(zhi)品(pin)的(de)(de)退(tui)火最好在真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空爐中(zhong)(zhong)進行。
工業純(chun)銅(tong)(即紫銅(tong)),通(tong)常僅進(jin)行再結晶退火(huo),目的(de)(de)是消除內(nei)應(ying)力,使金屬(shu)軟化或細化晶粒(li)。退火(huo)溫度純(chun)銅(tong)的(de)(de)退火(huo)溫度及保(bao)溫時(shi)間產品類(lei)型牌(pai)號退火(huo)溫度re)保(bao)溫時(shi)間(min)尺寸(mm)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)棒(bang)材(cai)線材(cai)鏡面(mian)銅(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是空調器、電冰箱生產中必用的(de)(de)材(cai)料,須(xu)具有規整的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)形、光(guang)潔的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)、精密的(de)(de)尺寸、和穩定的(de)(de)性能。過去這類(lei)銅(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)均(jun)須(xu)進(jin)口。這種銅(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)本身管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)徑(jing)小(外(wai)(wai)徑(jing)流1020mm),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)壁薄(0.21.8nun),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)體長(chang)。用戶按(an)設計要(yao)求,在(zai)常溫條件(jian)下(xia)把(ba)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)在(zai)摸具內(nei)彎成90180度后(hou)使用。在(zai)彎曲時(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)緣(yuan)(yuan)表(biao)面(mian)不能有拉裂,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)內(nei)緣(yuan)(yuan)起皺越(yue)輕越(yue)好。壁厚(hou)偏差(cha)應(ying)小於20%,同(tong)時(shi)還(huan)要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)在(zai)7MPa的(de)(de)壓力下(xia)不破裂、不泄漏(lou)。
為滿足這些要求(qiu),鏡面銅(tong)管(guan)的(de)熱處(chu)理(li)應使用(yong)真(zhen)空熱處(chu)理(li)。
退火(huo)工藝(yi):爐料清洗后入爐抽(chou)真空至此101Tooi升(sheng)溫,T2銅管(guan)為(wei)340C、冰箱(xiang)軟銅管(guan)為(wei)350 400'C、冰箱(xiang)半硬銅管(guan)為(wei)3003201、軟態TUP銅管(guan)4201在保溫60分鐘后爐冷至80C以下出(chu)爐。
銅箔熱處理,加工印刷(shua)線路板的(de)(de)康(kang)銅箔是厚度為0.02毫米的(de)(de)冷(leng)軋(ya)帶材,必須退火(huo)軟化(hua),而且(qie)不能有輕微(wei)的(de)(de)氧化(hua),在(zai)真空爐(lu)(lu)中加熱至(zhi)65(TC、10lToor保溫1小時,爐(lu)(lu)冷(leng)至(zhi)80C以下(xia)出爐(lu)(lu),表面光亮、軟化(hua)效果好。
8.2黃(huang)(huang)銅(tong)8.2.1黃(huang)(huang)銅(tong)牌號(hao)和(he)(he)用途H96、H90、H80等(deng)(deng)為低鋅黃(huang)(huang)銅(tong),呈金黃(huang)(huang)色,有足夠的強(qiang)度(du)、良好(hao)的延(yan)展(zhan)性(xing)、深(shen)沖性(xing)及抗蝕性(xing)。用來(lai)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)熱交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)、冷凝管。H90用來(lai)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)熱軋雙金屬板、帶和(he)(he)溫差(cha)雙金屬。H70、H68性(xing)能相近,稱三七黃(huang)(huang)銅(tong)用來(lai)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)彈殼(ke)、熱交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)、管材(cai)和(he)(he)機(ji)電零件(jian)(jian)。H68廣泛用來(lai)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)深(shen)沖件(jian)(jian),如(ru)熱交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)外殼(ke)、波(bo)紋管等(deng)(deng)。H62(a+0)易于(yu)切削(xue)和(he)(he)焊接以管材(cai)和(he)(he)板材(cai)用于(yu)精密制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業。H59屬高鋅黃(huang)(huang)銅(tong),強(qiang)度(du)篼、熱變形能力好(hao),用于(yu)熱沖,以棒材(cai)、型材(cai)用于(yu)機(ji)械制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業及焊條等(deng)(deng)。
8.2.2真空(kong)熱處理黃銅的板材(cai)、線材(cai)在制造過程中(zhong)均需多次(ci)反復進(jin)行(xing)退(tui)火。為了(le)(le)防止氧(yang)化變(bian)色,和因氧(yang)化而(er)造成的材(cai)料損(sun)失,通常采用光亮退(tui)火。這樣,還可以省去因去除氧(yang)化皮而(er)進(jin)行(xing)的酸洗工(gong)序,也避免(mian)了(le)(le)酸洗對(dui)環境(jing)造成的污(wu)染(ran)。
黃(huang)銅(tong)易于(yu)氧化(hua)主(zhu)要是(shi)由于(yu)鋅的存在(zai)。銅(tong)在(zai)高溫下易氧化(hua),但在(zai)CO-Q系及H2H20系氣氛中(zhong)幾乎不氧化(hua)。
然(ran)而(er),鋅不僅在氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)氣氛中有氧化(hua)(hua)(hua),而(er)且在以上(shang)兩種氣氛中也產(chan)生(sheng)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua),其反應如下:由于(yu)這些(xie)反應,而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)脫(tuo)鋅現(xian)象,從而(er)破壞(huai)了銅(tong)制(zhi)品(pin)光亮的表面。所以用(yong)真空爐處理銅(tong)制(zhi)品(pin)可望獲(huo)得光亮的表面及優異(yi)的性能(neng)。
H65C>4、45(TC、10Pa、保溫3小時(shi)、爐冷至100T:后出爐。效(xiao)果(guo):表面光亮、色澤一致、內外圈硬(ying)度均勻。晶(jing)粒度廣(guang)8級,被處理黃銅(tong)絲返工率為零。強度320375N/mm2. 8.3鈹青銅(tong)鈹青銅(tong)的帶材(cai)(cai)、條材(cai)(cai)、線材(cai)(cai)、棒材(cai)(cai)等(deng)半成品(pin)多(duo)呈軟態(淬火態)、半硬(ying)態(加工硬(ying)化)供應(ying)。這種(zhong)狀態的材(cai)(cai)料(liao)可(ke)直接冷成形各種(zhong)形狀的零件,直接時(shi)效(xiao)強化。
淬(cui)火(huo)(huo):鈹青銅具有(you)較高(gao)的熱處(chu)理強化(hua)(hua)效果,淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)的目的是使(shi)富鈹相固溶(rong),獲(huo)得(de)具有(you)沉淀(dian)硬(ying)化(hua)(hua)能力(li)的過飽(bao)和固溶(rong)體,為(wei)時(shi)(shi)效強化(hua)(hua)作準備;能使(shi)加工硬(ying)化(hua)(hua)的材料軟化(hua)(hua),以承受進一(yi)步(bu)的冷變(bian)形,另外(wai),淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)還可以消除鑄件偏(pian)析。淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)加熱溫度775955C,為(wei)避免(mian)工件表面氧化(hua)(hua),應(ying)在(zai)真(zhen)空(kong)爐中(zhong)進行處(chu)理。淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)轉(zhuan)移時(shi)(shi)間越(yue)短越(yue)好(hao),<1015秒為(wei)宜(yi),時(shi)(shi)間越(yue)短軟化(hua)(hua)效果越(yue)好(hao),時(shi)(shi)效硬(ying)度越(yue)篼。
時(shi)(shi)效:時(shi)(shi)效目的是發(fa)生(sheng)沉淀硬化(hua)。低溫(wen)時(shi)(shi)效:315345X:、,時(shi)(shi)間(jian)13小時(shi)(shi);高溫(wen)時(shi)(shi)效為(wei)35038(TC、時(shi)(shi)間(jian)1590分鐘。鈹(pi)青(qing)銅(tong)彈簧片(厚0.15~0.25毫米),沖一真空回火(Hv>320),8.4其它可固溶、時(shi)(shi)效強化(hua)的銅(tong)合金8.4.1名(ming)稱及種類A、鈹(pi)青(qing)銅(tong)、B、硅青(qing)銅(tong)、C、鋁青(qing)銅(tong)、D、鈦青(qing)銅(tong)、E、鉻青(qing)銅(tong)、F、鋯(gao)青(qing)銅(tong)、G、鋁白銅(tong)。

鋯青銅(tong)高導電(dian)、熱;耐熱、蠕(ru)變(bian)強度高,電(dian)極(ji)材料、導線(xian)等。
鋁白銅篼強、耐熱(re)、蝕彈簧等(deng)真(zhen)空(kong)熱(re)處理(li)時(shi)(shi),工(gong)業純銅采(cai)用(yong)10010MPa,其它(ta)銅合(he)金采(cai)用(yong)1010lPa.。固溶處理(li)時(shi)(shi),因(yin)溫度高(gao),真(zhen)空(kong)度選擇可(ke)低一些,以(yi)(yi)防止揮發。時(shi)(shi)效處理(li)時(shi)(shi),因(yin)溫度低,真(zhen)空(kong)度可(ke)篼一些,以(yi)(yi)保證色(se)澤光(guang)亮。出爐溫度控制在8010(TC以(yi)(yi)下。處理(li)含Zn量(liang)高(gao)的銅合(he)金時(shi)(shi),要反充氮氣或(huo)氬氣,防止出現脫鋅(xin)現象(xiang)。
9高純(chun)鋁(lv)(lv)箔的真空(kong)熱處理篼純(chun)鋁(lv)(lv)箔是(shi)制造招質電(dian)解電(dian)容器的基本材料。退火是(shi)鋁(lv)(lv)箔生產(chan)的關鍵工序,直接影(ying)響鋁(lv)(lv)箔質量和(he)電(dian)性能。
